How can I order a courier?


On the home page you will find the option "Order a courier," the only thing to do is fill out an application and send it to us.

How long will I wait for receiving the shipment after payment?

The order for receiving a package with payment sent to us by 5 PM is done the next business day after this time, execution takes the next business day. You can also individually set a date by filling it in the form.

Can I pay courier for delivery?


It is not possible to make a payment for a parcel courier directly to the courier. Packets are received from Monday to Friday on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

How to make a payment for delivery?


Charges for delivery of parcels we receive from above:

Can you send a travel bag or a suitcase?


If you want to send a travel bag or a suitcase, it must be properly packed - in a bag or carton. It is also important to stick the card with the address.

In which days parcels are received and distributed?


Parcels are received and delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday and Holidays there is no load and service. It is not possible to determine the exact time of reception and delivery.

How many days will take delivery of a package?


Parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days. If the package is received on Monday, the same day it leaves the borders and should be delivered on Friday.

How can I track the history of my parcel?


Courier will leave you with a receipt for the package a tracking number. You can locate a package by typing the tracking number - on our home page You'll find this option.

What will happend when my parcel exceeds the declared weight?


Please do not exceed the package weight above 30 kg. But if parcel weighs more than this weight, does not meet the standards of courier services. It can’t be accepted for carriage. If this is only during the weighing in the warehouse, parcel will be returned to the sender at his expense. This also applies to the dimensions of packages (check dimensions on our website in the package up to 30kg).

Can I send in a package glass, or a electronic equipment?


It is forbidden to send items such as alcohol, tobacco and other excise products and items easily susceptible to damage, such as glass or a electronic devices. The company is not liable for these goods due to the fact that it is a ECONOMIC-CLASSIC service and thus parcels are not treated as fragile goods.

I can’t be home between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Can courier pick up parcel from a different address than mine?


Yes. Courier can pick up shipment from any address where there is someone who can give them to him during these hours, the order as a issuing person. This could be at: the workplace, the address of a neighbor, shop, etc.

Service "Catrina Classic" - packing instruction


Note: In all services, they must be covered with cards with the address of the recipient. Address cards must be completed legibly, without deletions, and must include:
  • Name of recipient
  • Recipient's address
  • Telephone of receiver
  • Country of delivery

In the service "Catrina Classic" shipment is implemented in the mass system which means that the parcels reach to the branches, where they can be sorted mechanically. Shipments therefore should be prepared for transport. Sturdy cardboard packaging secured by stretch foil provide a guarantee of proper execution.

Parcels must be carefully wrapped with adhesive tape and contain visible address cards. Two cards should be attached on top of the parcel. These cards must also be secured with transparent foil and firmly placed on the parcel. Third card should be placed inside the parcel.

The maximum weight of one parcel: 30 kg.
Maximum length: 175 cm (the longest side).
The sum of the circumference of the base and height of the package may not exceed 300 cm, where the height (in the picture C) represents the longest side of the package: up to 300 cm = (2 x A) + (2 x B) + 1C.

Waybill (address) must be placed on the top surface of the package.


Suitcases, bags, backpacks, etc. Must be protected with black plastic and tightly covered with adhesive tape. Bags, suitcases, backpacks sent without Security boxes are treated as the outer protective packaging.

The person sending the parcel is a guarantee of weight and size and thus takes full responsibility for the shipment.

Service "Catrina Sped" - transport pallets

Service "Catrina Sped" is carried out directly by the employees of Catrina LTD. or by the partners of Catrina LTD. Transportation is treated individually with great attention to safety. All important details are agreed with consultant of Catrina LTD. however, ready to transport pallet in the service "Catrina Sped " must meet the following conditions:
  • Shipment should be secured with streth type foil
  • The load can not go beyond the edge of the pallet
  • Pallet must be marked with the address of the recipient.
